First time in tricities and first time at this sushi cart - service and product was amazing! Very kind dude working today who even let me mod a sushi roll into a burrito - as you can see, she was beautiful and d e l i c i o u s !!
Really good sushi, especially for coming on a food truck. Everything tasted very fresh and not fishy smell and i ordered raw rolls. The food came out super fast too. My only gripe is they don't have soy paper, so if you don't like seaweed you are SOL. I prefer soy paper as i can taste the fish more. Also just as a note, this is in the food truck area of the HUB. Took me a minute to find it when i just used google maps.
