The chicken is perfectly battered creole style. So good! The fries were fresh and crispy. The poboy bread was not my favorite as I have had lots of poboys in Louisiana and this fell short.
There are only a few places that remind me of home. The food smelled just like what my gramps would cook and the taste was beyond comparison. I have the chicken basket with shrimp and let me tell you, there's food and then THERES FOOD! The workers were nice, direct, and put effort into the food made and prepared. If I could I'd eat here daily.
BEST chicken basket and fries I’ve ever had! The seasoning on everything is perfection. My husband got the shrimp po boy and LOVED it. And we got full off half the serving so we get delicious leftovers too! So friendly and so personable, definitely some of the best food in the Tri!
