Ice cream is great with a large assortment of flavors. Staff were awesome. No BS mask police entering the establishment. This Baskin Robbins has been here for a very long time, maybe time for a remodel with booths if you can fit them in? Prices are on the mid to high end. Thanks for a great experience!

I love their milkshakes, but $9.60 for a large just seems a little crazy! I think I am done buying from them. Maybe its neccessary to charge that much, in this day and age, but I dont have to buy it. I wish them my best.

Good customer service every time my family comes here. They could be a little cleaner but it's not too bad. Ice cream is always great, depending who's working, the scoop size varies lol heaping scoops every time is preferred.

Went inside the store to buy ice cream, 1 person being waited on, 2 others behind the counter ignoring us, when the 1 person was done waiting on the one customer, 2 other people walked in the door, the person behind the counter asked the 2 people coming in the door what they wanted. Totally unprofessional in customer service. Ignored us all the way around. Left business, never to spend any money on people who are unprofessional in their jobs. Refuse to never to go to Baskin-Robin at all at any location. Not worth supporting such a crappy business. You will also see this on YELP. If I could give this business less than 1 star, they would only deserve -100 stars.

Unfortunately my online order was never received but i was charged so Desiree helped me find another cake to take in its place . She went above and beyond to help me since the original birthday cake was supposed to be Disney Cars theme i did still get to cake toppers but they no longer matched the cake i ended up with so ultimately we left them off it was still a great cake and because of the AMAZING service I received with Desiree i would recommend this Baskin-Robbins to anyone she truly did her best to accommodate me for the mishap of the missing cake order and I appreciated it so much the cake was great and the birthday boy knew no difference so everyone was happy
