Best Chinese food in Tri-Cities!
Owner is extremely rude. They did not post the correct prices on their website, which is false advertising. When we called to dispute the charge she yelled at us and refused. I'll be disputing the charge with my bank and never eating here again. garbage service and terrible people.
Owner is very rude!!! She certainly needs to learn customer service!!! I’ve seen her yell at customers, I called in a order and I didn’t understand her , she started yelling at me and hung up!!! Another incident I placed an order to go then a minute later I changed my mind and decided to eat with a family member that arrived. She hadn’t taken my order to the kitchen yet, she charged me, so I payed and went to sit at a table, she took my nieces order. So when the food came...read full review
