Passing through town and was going to try another establishment that was way too busy. Found this place instead, was happy we did. Food and service was excellent. Thanks so much for the delicious meal.

This is handsdown the best food I have eaten in a long time! I was incredibly suprised by the speed of the cooking considering how incredible the food tasted. I had one of almost everything on the menu, fried shrimp, fried okra, fried pickles, catfish, fish tacos, rice, corn, cajun burger, home made chips and to top it off FRESH beignet's. It was absolutely worth every penny and will be back over and over. If you want to try something new, come here. Staff was nice, they use biodegradable packages to go, and very clean! So so so good guys just do it. There are so many other items that I will have to come back to try!

The wait was long I had to wait over 30 minutes and people that ordered after me got their food before me. I ordered the gumbo and po boy. I wouldn't call it gumbo it didn't have any shrimp in it. The po boy wasn't good the shrimp were over cooked (burnt) and the grease was old. Definitely not Louisiana bayou cajun food. I'm from there we wouldn't eat this if we were hungry in Louisiana. It was truly a waste of $20.

I ordered the fried catfish tacos, but the tacos DID NOT have a black bean spread, chipoptle remoulade, serrano peppers and the slaw was just a yucky lettuce that was more like chopped up fermented lettuce than slaw. The catfish portion was also a small piece inside a soft taco shell with lots of the lettuce slaw. The slaw was very bland and didn't taste good. The flavor of the fried catfish was good, but there was so much slaw with a small price of catfish and nothing else. I was looking forward to having these tacos, but I am very disappointed in what I received. It also took about 30 minutes to get my order.

Hard to patronize a place that is NEVER open during posted business hours. Anytime I've tried to check out this truck they are closed. Doesn't matter the hour during posted business hours, they have never been open. They may have great food but I'd never know therefore I cannot rate them high.

This was my first time visiting the truck. I ordered the gumbo and went back to my car because I wanted to take it home to my husband. I tasted it before leaving and was so impressed that I went back and got the shrimp tacos for myself. They were super yummy. For dessert, I had some beignets. They were little pillows of sweet heaven! I definitely recommend this place.

I've waited almost 50 years to have my first beignet. Thank you for bringing them to the public in the Tri Cities!

Amazing food. Suprisingly not greasy for southern fare. A bit too salty for the wife but ill be back again and again.

I got the fried chicken po boy with 0 expectations. While I was waiting all I smelled was fish (i hate fishy smells and tastes) so i was a little pessimistic. The wait was only about 4 minutes and the service was great. I tried the po boy when I got home and it was so good i had to cut it up and share it with the people at my house and they were amazed! Very well seasoned with lots of salt. Definitely one of the best meals I've ever had to be honest ??
