This is handsdown the best food I have eaten in a long time! I was incredibly suprised by the speed of the cooking considering how incredible the food tasted. I had one of almost everything on the menu, fried shrimp, fried okra, fried pickles, catfish, fish tacos, rice, corn, cajun burger, home made chips and to top it off FRESH beignet's. This was my first time visiting the truck. I ordered the gumbo and went back to my car because I wanted to take it home to my husband. I tasted it before leaving and was so impressed that I went back and got the shrimp tacos for myself. They were super yummy. For dessert, I had some beignets. They were little pillows of sweet heaven! I definitely recommend this place.
I got the fried chicken po boy with 0 expectations. While I was waiting all I smelled was fish (i hate fishy smells and tastes) so i was a little pessimistic. The wait was only about 4 minutes and the service was great. I tried the po boy when I got home and it was so good i had to cut it up and share it with the people at my house and they were amazed! Very well seasoned with lots of salt. Definitely one of the best meals I've ever had to be honest ??
