Worst fast food service experienced. We made our order and paid right away. Waited at the first window for about 6 minutes after we paid. Then they told us to go to the next window and waited another 5 minutes still nothing. As we see the other people behind us getting their food before us, my wife and I decided to cancel or our order. Never in my life we have experienced unprofessionalism through fast food service. They threw the idea of, "first come, first serve," right out the window. I won't be back to this burger king and the manager should be fired.

Pulled up to the drive-thru the lady took forever to answer it when she finally did she told me only two people are working we get up to the drive-thru there was six people in there they mess up our order when we asked them to replace it they were rude about it

Manager was very rude, he came out yelling at me and my son through the window, claiming that we had hit the speaker, which never happened, and he kept insulting us, I will definitely never buy from this place again.

Place and service is quick for todays standards. Food was good for fast food, plus didn’t wait more then 3-5 minutes. Everyone’s review says that “it’s not how it’s advertised” but that’s how it’s always been you can check every fast food restaurant. Consumers choice to eat here or not but you cant expect perfect unless you cook for yourself. Fast food is never perfect but it’s well.. fast food. Food that is fast and ready to eat. Confused that reviews are terrible because of a someone’s bad day and/or a single mistake (3 mushrooms instead of 7 when there wasn’t a request for less or extra)? We’re human, we have bad days
Vegetarian options: There’s one vegan burger. Cant blame the employees other than BURGER KING themselves.

My wife ordered a Shroom and Swiss melt based on the photo in the tv ad that shows at least 7 mushroom slices visible around the edge of the sandwich. Her sandwich had 3 mushroom slices total which didn’t meet her expectations at all. False advertising by BK, a stingy franchise manager, or a poorly trained employee? Very disappointing.

This is a nice Burger King. The staff was friendly and my order was ready quickly. There is a play area for children, but I didn't have any kids with me. The restrooms here do not require asking for a key or code.
