Delicious food, nice place.
Two of us went for dinner at 7pm on a Thursday evening. Service was prompt and attentive.
Our meals were delicious. I had the child Colorado and she had the enchiladas suizas. The salsas were delicious. The chips were homemade... But the oil must have been old or rancid. They tasted bad. Great texture but terrible taste.

Fuego Mexican Grill offers an amazing atmosphere and outstanding customer service. The caldo is delicious, seasoned perfectly with plenty of seafood and vegetables. They have a kid-friendly menu available. The taco shells are crispy and delicious. The restaurant provides a full Mexican restaurant experience even for delivery, with meals arriving in foil containers that are easy to heat. They include extras like two salsas, guacamole, sour cream, and a bag of chips. While the food is good, some find the prices high, with $22 for a burrito. Some dishes, like the fajitas, may come with fewer portions than expected, although the shredded beef quesadilla and enchiladas are noted for their wonderful flavor and generous portions. The seating near the door can be chilly in winter. The restaurant has a dated look and could use a renovation. Overall, it is a nice place with good food, great for date nights or family dinners, but prices and portion sizes may leave some customers wanting more.
