“Service was so slow! It took 25 mins before we received any drinks and never received water. The lettuce in the wraps was brown and slimy, and only a few fries on the plate. Loud Mexican music was being played and 90% of staff appeared to be Latino. Tables were sticky and the glasses were chipped. I now know why the restaurant was practically empty.“

“Fast, friendly, good menu, and great tasting food. Actually, I think this might be my favorite fast food joint. With the Green Burrito items on the menu, the wide selection of sides, and with the very best Chicken Tenders anywhere (yes anywhere), this fast food place has something for everyone.“

“Picking up an Uber Eats order the manager on duty was very rude and grabbed the phone from my hand as I was checking the order, then proceeded to tell me “ do my job then “ (approve the order) and I informed him that I know my job and he had no right to touch my phone or tell me my job. Then he proceeded to rate my service unsatisfactory which lowered my score and will cost me trips… $ money $“

The manager spent the majority of her time dealing with a table of entitled guests who had brought their dog in (clearly not a real service dog 😑) so we got free entertainment listening to the drama. The manager handled it with more grace and care than the table deserved“

“Food was good. The drink fountain sprayed water all over me, which I don't mind too much but I worry about other people being annoyed. When getting a second to-go order, we did not get a cup. When we asked, a lady looked annoyed and practically threw the plastic cup at us and didn't look. We also saw her making annoyed faces after turning around, away from customers when they'd ask for something.“
