It’s great place for a late night date. Or a quick healthy snack. It has A lot of different options and flavors to choose for toppings. It’s super clean.

Always a great experience every time we go. Delicious flavors with wide variety of options. They have so many toppings to choose from as well. Wonderful atmosphere and nice to sit down and play games together while enjoying your sweet treat.

Hands down the best FroYo in tri cities! Tons of flavor and topping options including dairy free and no sugar added options. They have other drinks and treats also! The owner, Tammi is very friendly and welcoming. A cool, quite large space with games to play, and very kid friendly. There's also themed nights like trivia and you can book the space for parties! There's even a private room you can book. Right next to the movie theater so perfect for a movie/dessert date night! Highly recommend!

Usually a lovely place to go to. However be careful what time of night you go. When my fiancée and I went late Saturday night (June 14th 2025) we were verbally harassed and were threatened with violence by a random customer. Would have appreciated if there were a manager or some adult up front that could have helped de escalate the situation.

Thank you for having a delicious non dairy vanilla! This will be our new go to yogurt spot for sure!

The staff is always friendly, and you can often find the owner there, ensuring that every customer has a great experience—her presence really adds a personal touch. They offer a fantastic variety of flavors, and their dairy-free options, especially the Dole Pineapple Whip, are absolutely delicious! Whether you’re a fan of traditional custard or looking for something lighter, Chills has something for everyone. Highly recommend stopping by for a treat!
