Service was good, don’t understand why the garbage has to be so close to the door that a wheelchair can barely get in. And if you’re a worker and you see food fall off a utensil, could you maybe wait until the person leaves to bring the broom and dust pan out?! I almost didn’t want to move to see what would’ve happened.

Haven't gotten our food yet because we ordered ahead on the app, we have been here 15 min. and they still have not started our order. We drive through Kennewick to visit family, but will not be stopping here again.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception for this Chipotle location — hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any fast casual restaurant.

The store is always spotless, the line moves quickly, and the food is consistently fresh and flavorful. But what truly makes this place exceptional is the staff — especially Hugo and Victor.

Hugo is an absolute gem. Every time I walk in, he greets me with a smile...
