What does does one say about a succulent Chicken Thigh & Drum Quarter? Finger lick-in' good (I think that one is taken). I have been told that dark meat is the best. 😍 We use our not too spicy BBQ rub and marinate over nite. Brush on a little marinate while cooking to a beautiful brown. Served in those bbq drippings with get this a cup of special sauce(bbq) for slathering or dipping if you are a neat nik and the mandatory stack of paper towels. We will provide a fork and a knife to those not familiar with the 2 finger eating technique. Ya know ya hungry.

This is the Big 'un ya'll! We start with a grilled bun to hold a pile of tangy pulled pork slather that with some sauce, then we add a heap of mac 'n cheese. To be sure its cheesy we add some grated cheddar, a shot of spicy BBQ sauce and top this masterpiece with our sweet and sour slaw. Now you got every thing you need on this baby. Went here for a large order for lunch with 40 caregivers and Healthcare workers on our way to Spokane for a SEIU775 union conference! This place is very small and we were a large group! They were able to accommodate us and get us what we needed on our way to the convention! The owner is very sweet and bent over backwards to satisfy us!

The people were really nice. But the cupcakes we got were really dry. We got 6 gluten free and 6 regular ones and they were all the same. Very dry. For the price we paid we were very disappointed.
