We waited for 23 minutes and there were only 3 other people in the restaurant, then they called our number to tell us what we ordered was frozen and that it would be another 20 minutes, then I said I will take 2 regular chicken sandwiches, when we got them they were burnt, and cold. We finally got some edible food but by that time the damage was done. I don’t expect perfection, but that was ridiculous. The manager wasn’t even concerned with what we had experienced,
Seems these days if you go in, you are second in line to the entire drive thru, but it was okay. In the end, I took the food home, and it was good, except I ordered original for both my wife and I, and we both got spicy chicken instead. I do not mind that much, but it's not my preference and simply not what I ordered.
