Super sad this store isnt in my home town! I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews. Yes, there was a short wait for our food, but that means it was FRESH! The guy who works here with the green hair (sorry I didn't catch your name!) was super awesome and on top of it. Food was all perfectly to order and delicious! Will definitely be back.

I've come to this location many times and every time I've had great experience and service. I always get 5 spicy drums and they always let me know it will be a wait which its not an issue for me. I appreciate the team and their communication. The only issue I've ever had was the sprite didn't taste good but after communicating that the sprite was different they fixed it and let me get a different drink. I will always go back to this location! Thank you Kennewick...
