“I went here with a friend, I don't eat wheat. He got a variety of pastries to bring to friends. The bakery is massive, baked goods on rolling bakery racks you help yourself to. They provide you you with a paper lined tray and tongs, you wander through and grab what you want. Having run artisan bakeries in the past, this was not the shop for me. I could see the excitement in the faces of other customers, that was cool. Although I don't eat sugar, I was happy to see the place so busy. I love a successful small business.“
