I never thought I'd find a place where the baristas no matter who's working always make an awesome hot mocha. Since discovering 'this' Dutch Bros. I've gone back three days in a row buying 2) 20 oz hot mochas ea visit. So YUM. Each visit the service has been terrific. Very considerate and friendly. This DB is a bit out of my way but I feel it's worth it.

I travel and have been to many different Dutch bros, multiple in the same day. All Dutch bros are consistent EXCEPT this one. I do have a special order and they very rarely get it correct! Unfortunately this is my local Dutch bros, I had to unfortunately switch to Java Junkies because not only is the customer service lacking more and more over time but so are the drinks, I also make my own espresso and I can tell they are not cleaning the parts often enough. I’m not complainer...

I am incredibly proud to be a Dutch Bros customer, especially after my recent experience with Miles. I accidentally gave him two $50 bills, and he demonstrated remarkable honesty by returning one of them to me. His integrity speaks volumes about his character and showcases his potential for leadership. I believe Miles possesses qualities that make him an asset to the team, and the owners and management should be proud to have such an outstanding employee representing their brand.
