“The BEST in Tri-cities!!!! We had a family luncheon for a wedding. The bride and groom wanted pulled pork sandwiches. As mother of the bride, I’ll be honest and say that I hate pulled pork sandwiches. It became a mission to find the best pulled pork sandwich in Tri-cities. We went to 5 different locations. Swampy’s beat them all!!
The other locations had the typical crockpot, slow cooked, shredded, soggy, mushy, tasteless type of pulled pork sandwiches that can’t even be stomached without drenching it in bbq sauce and coleslaw.
Swampy’s version has so much flavor since they smoke it. You can see the smoke layers. It can stand alone without bbq sauce or coleslaw. It was tender without being mushy, juicy but not soggy.
We also enjoyed the brisket and mac&cheese!
Tory was great with customer service for catering. He even ordered gluten free sliders for us. We got to meet the owner, Ron, when we paid for the catering. It was great talking with him and hearing his amazing story of how he got started. Thank you Tory and Ron and the rest of the staff for the incredible food! All of our guests loved every bite!“

“Got two burritos they were delicious. However, the asada burrito had a lot of gristle. If I order again, I will stick with the other options. Amazing value price was extremely fair for quantity. Atmosphere was as if I stepped into someone's home, which was extremely pleasant. I can't wait to eat from here again.“

“My wife picked up 2 casa Rosita bowls and they were top shelf! We really enjoyed it, tender flavorful meat and just all round deliciousness! My wife loved the homey decor. It was right up here alley! Thank you for the wonderful meal. We will be back!“
