so awful, we called in an order in the morning and they said it’d be ready by 6pm. i went in to pick them up and she said they “forgot”. she was so rude and her customer service was awful, it made me want to cry. absolutely terrible experience and i will never go back there again.

I can't say enough about this fantastic little bakery. The prices are amazing, the pastries are phenomenal, the donuts are the best you can get in kennewick. It's the perfect little hole in the wall bakery you could ever ask for.

My husband was in this morning, there were no other customers and cashier didn’t bother to even greet him and when it was time to pay he didn’t even tell him the price he only pointed to the register. It is very unfortunate for things like this to happen as we are paying not asking for free things. My husband felt very discriminated! Will definitely not be going back.
