So I snuck some turkey tonight, much to the disappointment of my brother who resisted the temptation the whole drive home with it, and I swear it was the best I have ever had in my whole life of 43 years. I normally am not much of a meat eater but I must have had a wild hair flare or a destiny call because it beckoned me. I rationalized that I would simply give up my rations tomorrow. Recently used Tsunami Catering for my son’s graduation party. It was the first time I had used a caterer for a private event at home and they were AMAZING! My kiddo wanted traditional Southern fare, and Chef Kyle and his crew took on the challenge and did such a great job! My son was so happy to have the Southern mac and cheese, hush puppies, and sweet potato casserole along with the pulled pork sandwiches and grilled chicken. They set everything up and picked up the dirty dishes....read full review
