I LOVE the drinks here and come often, the issue is when ever I go theirs NO ONE there I have to wait 10-15 min for the girl to show up and it’s always the same one girl, black hair, short she has no customer service what so ever, doesn’t wash her hands when she comes back from where she went to, doesn’t smile or make you feel welcomed at all. It’s super frustrating going in just for my drink and having to wait so long and on top of that...

10/10 would recommend to anyone everything is vegan and everyone that works there are super nice even though some people infront of me were being super rude to the employees, almost treating them like slaves and they literally only asked for water like hello why are you being so mean to people when you are being greeted with a smile. Anyways they were very professional and treated them nicely all the way to the end!!! And of course they were nice to me!! The blue dream matcha...
