Last week I had an amazing experience here at the kennewick location. My server's name was Tawnee and she was all smiles, it was her I believe second day serving my order was correct and my food was perfect. The staff was very friendly and my over all experience was terrific. I definitely recommend this place because of the price and the atmosphere that the staff provide. Thank you IHOP and Thank you again Tawnee for doing such a wonderful job and making it a friendly environment.Parking: Parking was convenient and I was close to the entrance

My friend and I went to breakfast on Valentine's Day morning we each had an omelet and both of them were delicious.Our server was fantastic she kept us in drinks and condiments and was quick to grab a leftovers box for me when I asked. The price was competitive.Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian meals available all clearly marked on the menu.

I ordered the Sirloin & Egss and the meat was sweet. I imagine it was some ingredient to make it. From there everything is very good ?.
It was easy getting into this place early in the morning. The food was Ok- the eggs tasted like powder but the rest was delish.

I've gone a few times and it's great, but I had a curbside order today and it was missing some stuff. I called and they hung up on me mid conversation, I went in person to get my order fixed and the lady there was being super rude, trying to blame me for the order being wrong and then saying that we hung up and that we were lying. Then she started being sarcastic with us, saying "do you want us to make you this too? What about this?" And gave us our order, we thanked her but she gave us attitude.
