If I could rate this place a zero, I would! They completely messed up my order. I called to explain and the lady was just rude!! She hung up on me, I called back and tried explaining again and told her that she hung up on me when she was putting me “on hold” she said “uhmmm… no I didn’t you hung up on me.” I asked to speak to a manager and refused to let me speak to one!!

I usually order to go, and my order is always correct and hot and good, always ready when I show up, My only concern is prices have went up and the quantity has gone down. I usually order there beef burrito, and it used to be full and round it's more like a quesadilla now.

I ordered Chile rellenos and instantly regretted it. The Chile rellenos were rubbery, and when I took a bite all I could think of was that it was just heated it up in the microwave. My fault, I should’ve known better and ordered something else…. Or just should’ve stayed home and cooked something up ??

I eat here twice a month and I’ve noticed the prices go up and the quantity get smaller, I can appreciate one or the other but not both, I love the food and don’t want to go anywhere else.

Order meals for my family and the waitress forgot to give me a side dish which I asked to remove from the bill which they did and gave me a bill for $92.79. Looked at my bank account and they took out a total of $100.76. This place is a disappointment

We were amazed with how quickly our food was to our table after ordering. That was a 10/10! The food was good. My Chili Verde was boiling as it was set before me. This posed an issue for eating it in a timely manner. I had to wait quite a bit before it didn't scald my tongue. Otherwise, everyone else was pretty happy with their food orders. Portions we pretty big, which, again, was a 10/10!

Unfortunately, one of the meals was missing, and when I called the restaurant to address the issue, I was met with a rather unpleasant response. This incident has made me reconsider my loyalty to Inca. The food has always been enjoyable, but customer service is a crucial aspect that needs improvement.

Don’t come here unless you want food poisoning. I had 2 ground beef tacos and instantly had to use the restroom. They also need to be more specific with their menu as well. On the picture it showed two shrimp tacos and listed with rice and beans. What I received was to ground beef tacos instead..
