I ate here at the Hub and it was hands down THE BEST bbq I’ve had! Everything was so so yummy and the service was great too! We will definitely be coming back soon!!

We had the brisket, pulled pork, bacon, unfazed sandwich, and it was excellent. Probably the only barbecue you’ll find that doesn’t need any extra sauce. Forgot to take a picture as it was so good I got lost in it

First time going and can’t wait to go again. Any time I go to the hub Im gana have to B line it for KCs. Food was absolutely incredible and them biscuits were the best I’ve ever had. Definitely add honey incredible!

Overall I give this place a 1 star, but only for 1 particular sandwich. I've only been there once but will probably try again, just something different. The Memphis sandwich gets a 1 star. It's pulled pork, slaw, pickle, and onion on a bun. I have no idea if the pork was any good because the slaw had entirely way too much dressing that it overpowered everything else. The dressing was so heavily applied that the entire sandwich was just a soggy mess. I strongly encourage them to use much, much less dressing in the slaw and not put so much slaw on the sandwich. If you have good bbq then no need to mask it with anything else. Next time I'll try something else, but for now, 1 star for the Memphis.

It's difficult to capture how good the "Brisquits & Gravy" was in a pretty photo as it's not the most photogenic dish of all time -- but that doesn't matter when it tastes as good as it does. Definitely one of the best I've had, I'd spend my $15 breakfast per diem here any day over crappy hotel buffet -- you should do the same! Hoping to try lunch offerings before heading home.
