It's difficult to capture how good the "Brisquits & Gravy" was in a pretty photo as it's not the most photogenic dish of all time -- but that doesn't matter when it tastes as good as it does. Definitely one of the best I've had, I'd spend my $15 breakfast per diem here any day over crappy hotel buffet -- you should do the same! Hoping to try lunch offerings before heading home.
Edit: don't hesitate...add an egg or two!

The pictures shown appear very different than what we received. The brisket sandwich looked and tasted like something youâd find in a public school cafeteriaâsoggy mush. Huge waste of money for something that was so bad we couldnât take more than a bite.

High price for albeit alright food, unfortunately didnât come with any side or drink. Insufficient amount of BBQ sauce for my liking and taste very similar to Kinders BBQ sauce bought from a store.

Food was delicious. Overpriced. Could get the same thing in Texas for half as much $ after spending $20 on a brisket sandwich I am still hungry. Should of included fries or chips or literally anything else as a side for that price

High prices, tiny portions, and mid flavors. They gave me an $18 (before the tip!) brisket sandwich with like 1, maybe 1.5 slices of brisket on it. It looked nothing like the loaded up sandwiches in the pictures. Brisket had good texture and a nice smoke ring but not very much flavor. I will never eat here again.
Besides having the most amazing friendly owners the food is sooooo good. I was hesitant because Iâm not a huge fan of smoke flavor but itâs not over bearing at all. The Mac n cheese is out of this world good. The ribs, pulled pork, brisket is all so good. Not over cooked at all. If you havenât tried it and are on the fence, Iâd say hop the fence and go for it! Youâll be hooked! The chili is so good too! Just go try it all.

The Rancher sandwich was awesome! The guy there was super friendly and fun to chat with. The wood fire stove smells amazing and it was nice and fast, all around a great place for the perfect lunch.

LOVE THIS FOOD!! Ordered one of their pulled pork sandwiches and some Mac and cheese and was not disappointed. Owner said that the sandwiches are so good that they donât need bbq sauce and boy was he right! The husband and wife are so sweet and fun to chat with! Definitely the best bbq and breakfast in tri cities (get the bus kits and gravy they wonât disappoint either)! Thereâs a reason they sell out fast!

for months my diet has been beef, and a nutritional drink. I've tried briskets wherever I can find them. NONE of them fall apart like his. none of them are so tender, so flavorful, or so perfectly cooked. I know my way around a brisket, and this man knows his way around a cow. best I've had.
