Besides having the most amazing friendly owners the food is sooooo good. I was hesitant because I’m not a huge fan of smoke flavor but it’s not over bearing at all. The Mac n cheese is out of this world good. The ribs, pulled pork, brisket is all so good. Not over cooked at all. If you haven’t tried it and are on the fence, I’d say hop the fence and go for it! You’ll be hooked! The chili is so good too! Just go try it all.

The Rancher sandwich was awesome! The guy there was super friendly and fun to chat with. The wood fire stove smells amazing and it was nice and fast, all around a great place for the perfect lunch.

for months my diet has been beef, and a nutritional drink. I've tried briskets wherever I can find them. NONE of them fall apart like his. none of them are so tender, so flavorful, or so perfectly cooked. I know my way around a brisket, and this man knows his way around a cow. best I've had.

My fiancé and I visited on Saturday, 2/24/24. The pulled pork sandwich and the ribs were absolutely exquisite! The pulled pork portion was generous and the flavor was so good, it didn’t even need sauce ??‍♀️ the ribs fell off the bone and had amazing flavor! The smoked Mac and cheese complimented the meat very well. Both my fiancé and I were in physical pain from being so full!!! We will absolutely be back and can’t wait to try other items on their menu ?

First time trying KC BBQ at the Food Truck Court and I must say, not a fan. Cost $35, there was a funky taste of the BBQ Spareribs and Mac&Cheese so much so, we trashed them. Won't be returning to this particular Food Truck.

BEST BBQ EVER!!! The brisket is so tender it falls apart... maybe the best I've ever had in my life....pulled pork 10/10, I work in fine dining and let me tell you these guys know what they are doing with MEAT! Absolutely fantastic! My taste buds haven't been that happy in a long time! Try the sandwich with brisket pulled pork and bacon, just do it! Should have taken a picture but it was gone so fast

LOVE THIS FOOD!! Ordered one of their pulled pork sandwiches and some Mac and cheese and was not disappointed. Owner said that the sandwiches are so good that they don’t need bbq sauce and boy was he right! The husband and wife are so sweet and fun to chat with! Definitely the best bbq and breakfast in tri cities (get the bus kits and gravy they won’t disappoint either)! There’s a reason they sell out fast!

Ordered the Mac and cheese with brisket. My first time there so they tossed a little pulled pork on for me to try and I tried out their chili as well.First of all, these guys make a killer chili with the perfect amount of spice and flavor - top notchSecondly, The mac is a good quality mac, NOT the cheapy velveeta style, very good. The brisket and pork are both great, but brisket is better ??Thanks for the great service, I’m gonna continue eating now.

I got 3 breakfast sandwiches this morning for my office-mates. Now I have to go home sick because I ATE ALL THREE OF THEM and now I can't function. These breakfast sandwiches have ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS being THIS GOOD.

Best brisket we ever tried in the TriCities! The meat was perfectly seasoned. Their biscuits, mouthwatering! Great food, great service. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for bringing memories from SC.

I work on another food truck at the hub and today they gave all of us other workers free biscuits and gravy and they have no idea how appreciative I am. Our trailer currently has no main source of heat so I'm using a small personal heater and it tries but isn't to good. The food was amazing and hot! The guy and gal are awesome people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Hands down best biscuits and gravy in tricities! Get there early because the gravy sells out daily. The Mac bowl with brisket is a close second to the B&G.

Service was fast and friendly. I ordered "The Rancher" which was about a pound of beef brisket, pulled pork and bacon with sauce on a toasted bun. The brisket was super tender though I thought it lacked a bit of flavor. The pulled pork was good but just a bit too greasy for my taste. The bacon was nice and crispy but not overcooked. I can't really say much about the sauce because there was more grease from the pork than sauce and that just made the last few bites a bit too soggy. For the price I would say they could probably add at least a small bag of Tim's Cascade chips or maybe some of their cole slaw to go with their sandwiches. This place would be much better if they made their sandwiches with a little less grease and a bit more sauce and maybe threw in a small bag of chips or cole slaw on the side.
