First they are the kindest people! Their brisket is melt in your mouth tender. I had the smoked mac n cheese with brisket and a side of crinkle fries and it was sooooooo good!! Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of their menu!
It’s tasty for sure. Could eat here everyday if it wasn’t so stupidly expensive. Yes it’s tasty but it’s still a food truck. 50 dollars for two sandwiches and a small order of fries is CRAZY. Sheesh, take some meat off the sandwhich and make it cheaper, they’d get 20x more business if they did. I can literally take my wife to Proof for the same price or any sit down restaurant.
KCs Biscuits and BBQ has THE best burger I have ever had!! We frequent this spot for lunch and it’s always an impressive treat!! I can also recommend The Rancher!! Great job guys!! See ya soon!!
