At first they messed up on my mom's milkshake it was more milk then ice-cream so she took it back and they made a new one that was a lot thicker and with different ingredients than the first one so they try and make the customers happy.

A staple in Kennewick for many years and a rival of another local burger place Zips. I hadn't been in many years. When I visited recently, the burgers are not as good as I remember. The burger seemed to lack taste. The fries are still good. Some of the employees seemed more interested in themselves vs helping customers. The location is clean and has arcade games for kids. Large selection of burgers and shakes. Free refills on sodas. Zips on Columbia Center Blvd is a much better opition in my opinion.Parking: Large parking area.Kid-friendliness: Arcade games

This place has been on the small decline for almost 10 years now. Used to be the best place to grab a burger from. I got their “cheesesteak” for almost $10. For almost $10 I got what tasted like microwaved roast beef deli meat and some cheese sauce from a can on a hot dog bun. That’s it. Then to top it off, after I took a bite, flipped it over and found a quarter size piece of mold on the back of the bun. How do you miss that? My wife got a chicken sandwich that looked yum, but was pink in the middle.

Went by on 12/6/2023 at about 6:15pm and picked you a cheese steak, there was very little cheese and only on a corner of the tiny sandwich and the meat was over seasoned and dry / very salty.

Can't really comment on the food or atmosphere. We stood at the counter for over 5 minutes while employees walked back and forth and didn't say a word to us. There was a couple of cars in the drive through and no one in the dining room. I try to support small businesses, but I guess this one is doing just fine.
