My family and I stopped by the Burger Ranch while passing through Kennewick. We were served quickly, and the food was delicious; however, one of the employees (Alma?) made the atmosphere extremely tense and unwelcoming. Our order was rung up incorrectly (we were overcharged by about $0.30), but we were fine with this and asked if we could just have a ranch cup to make up the difference. The young man working the register was very friendly and helpful and said this was no problem...
Honestly the atmosphere and customer service was pretty great I ordered a big patty melt and a garlic cheese fry both absolutely amazing highly recommend you try them, only complaint is the menu was a little hard to understand.
It was extremely dirty however the food was amazing the service was okay however they were busy and I understand that but they need to do a better job at cleaning interceding area cuz it was filthy
