“Had a pretty complicated order. Three pepperoni pizzas: hold the sauce on one, hold the cheese on another, and fully load it up on the third. Wanted em nice and hot for my son’s bar mitzvah so made sure to get there 10 minutes before my scheduled pickup. Ended up talking to the manager while I waited - young man named Owen. WHAT a guy. Bonded over our love of chainsaws, but that’s a different story. It was the highlight of my day, even better than the bar mitzvah! He made sure my pizzas were hot and juicy just the way I like em. “Super busy when I went in tonight. It seemed anyways, I was told it would be a 10 minute wait and ended up wasting Ike 40 minutes. The staff were standoffish and barely communicated other than that good was fenominal and I'll be eating there again especially out of convenience lol“
