The worse McDonald area! Months ago I had the worse experience. We order some fries with NO salt. There was salt in it… went back and almost the whole staff were annoyed saying they did not add salt… as if I’m being told I’m wrong when I see salt in it… it was obvious they were lazy and did not care about my issue. They fix it yes but with that horrible attitude they gave me rolling their eyes as if I’m wrong or crazy… Today I ordered a happy meal, simple things asked. No salt on the fries… had an issue with the hamburger too. They fixed the hamburger issue but what bother me is they used the same hamburger… issue was that the meat looked raw! And all they did was flip the meat to hide that and add a lot of ketchup to hide that… it was disgusting. Now the fries with salt I did not check until I got home. It was so irritating I had to throw all the food away. Huge disappointment. I am tired of the employees always doing lazy work can’t do anything right. Horrible experience with this McDonalds and always fails.

Unfortunately, as a door dasher we rely on the wait time. And I was communicated through my door dash app my customers order was completed 8 minutes ago, however, it was still being prepared. We are on a time frame for pickup and delivery and expect a more reliable time.

Hours posted online do not match physical address hours. This restaurant actually closes at 1am. This is false advertising when they are listing open 24hours online.

Literally the WORST SECOND TO THE ONE IN PASCO . They have gotten my order wrong every single time I have ordered . They messed up my order twice in one day and the manger acted like a mean person. Not cute but matches their store management and the quality of service. WEAK.

This Mcdonalds messes up on our orders all the time forgetting to hold onions on burgers. The last time we went they undercooked all three of our quarter pounders. They were red in the middle. We called and asked for a replacement at a later time and ended up throwing the food a while. They agreed to a replacement but then when we come back three weeks later we find out they threw out the record of the replacement voucher. Then they did nothing to try and honor it anyway. This place does not take care of its customers 1 star service. And of course food rating gets 1 star for selling rare hamburgers.

McDonalds totally messed up my order. I placed an order for two double quarter pounders, but only received one regular quarter pounder. Of course I was charged for the two double quarter pounders even though I didn't receive them. By the time the failure was noticed, I was not where I could have it corrected. Thank you so much McDonalds.

CHECK YOUR FOOD before you leave the drive through line. I've left here the last three times (quick breakfast) and they have messed my order up. It's only three items and they can't get it right! Every time the sandwich was wrong!

Surround by TOO many flies if you eat in store: I killed about 10 flies (yes, TEN) while waiting for my hashbrown! @10/7 10AM. Called store manager to clean up flies deadbody. CAN WE TRUST THE FOOD IF SO MANY FLIES IN KITCHEN AREA!

The McDonald’s in Kennewick is super convenient when you’re in a rush or just need a quick meal. The food isn’t anything fancy — it’s decent, sometimes a little hit-or-miss — but it does the job when you’re hungry and on the go. What really makes a difference is the staff; they’re usually friendly and make the experience a little more pleasant, even if the food itself isn’t great. It’s not a place I crave, but it’s nice to know it’s there when I need something fast.
