Half the time we order here the food is either wrong or soggy. The only way for them to "make things right" is for us to go all the way back and waste time and gas for them to fix the mistakes they shouldn't have made in the first place. Just today I ordered a chocolate milkshake and they mixed it with the shamrock ice cream (ew!). I also ordered ranch with the chicken nuggets and they put in sweet n sour sauce. Seriously lacking in common sense and basic reading skills.

Man, it’s 2025… can’t we figure out how to get an order right? Literally every time I go to this location, there are a few things missing or messed up! I’d say it’s hit or miss but, it’s pretty much just miss every single time! Been this way for quite awhile, the only difference is now I pay a lot more for the items I don’t get! Tonight all the fries 🍟 were only half full? C’mon! Ronald 🤡 would not be happy about this level of service!

EVELYN took my burger BACK from my car, because THEY messed up. I got a new one, and it was COLD by the way. She took my food back, which is a huge health violation, and horrible customer service throughout the whole thing. Made me feel stupid.
Food was cold when we got it, told the manager about a homeless drunk guy outside yelling at customers coming in, she did absolutely nothing about any of it.

This will be the last time I ever come inside this McDonald's on 27th in Kennewick I talked to the manager told her that there was a homeless guy outside the front door cussing at people and drinking and she did nothing about it it's really nice to know that nobody cares anymore
