Going on a few day vacation with 3 boys is very exhausting. So I’ve gone to over a half a dozen McDonalds across 4 states in the last few days. Yesterday I went to a location on state and center in Orem Utah and it was the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. This location is amazing. It’s kept clean and has good customer service
I don't think I have ever complained about portion size but this time was too far even for me. I paid for two large combos but this restaurant keeps giving us at best a medium portion of fries inside large cartons. You don't get what you are paying for and I don't think it's an unreasonable expectation that the carton be filled.
The service at this restaurant has also been extremely slow on each of our last 3 visits.

Half the time we order here the food is either wrong or soggy. The only way for them to "make things right" is for us to go all the way back and waste time and gas for them to fix the mistakes they shouldn't have made in the first place. Just today I ordered a chocolate milkshake and they mixed it with the shamrock ice cream (ew!). I also ordered ranch with the chicken nuggets and they put in sweet n sour sauce. Seriously lacking in common sense and basic reading skills.
