Drive through was awful. Got a large fry with literally half a box of fries and then argued with me that the drink I ordered was a Dr Pepper but it wasn’t… it was tea. Couldn’t believe it. The worst part was they acted all pissy and yet THEY are the ones that screwed up. How ridiculous.

They were pretty nice at the start but then it started going down hill ,first there was hair on a cheeseburger. Then they forgot some fries my brother went to let them know , when we got our fries the lady that gave our fries put it on the table and even tho my brother was still eating she push the food off the table and it landed on my brother and it looked like she didn't care.

Very very lacking in customer service waited 20min to order. Employees repeatedly looked right at me and ignored me until I said something very poor customer service I ended up leaving and went to Carl's Jr to get my meal since no one wanted to help

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They either have a manager who can’t teach people, or other workers handling money who can’t use their registers correctly. I paid part $$ for my meal and part card. She didn’t add the physical cash, so the card I used declined. Without an explanation or trying to figure out why the manager gave me cash back and said “oh well” didn’t refund the card till I called back and had to explain my card was approved and money WAS infact taken from my account BY THEM. Female manager was rude and snarky when I physically was trying to handle it, and when I called back for my card refund.

This is the second time I posted this review, so I’ll just make it short and sweet. They have had poor customer service lately. I called to let them know that my order was missing an item. All I wanted was an apology and the manager who said his name was Matthew basically told me there’s nothing that he could do. He was very rude, and should not be in the position he is in. I’ve been in Customer Service for over 13+ years I’ve done Customer Service been behind the counter as a cashier you name it. I know how to treat a Customer and I know how to resolve complaints and His solution was to dismiss me and tell me there is nothing he can do and I called corporate and did not receive a call back. Yes, I was very upset but you know with the money that I spend in McDonald’s I expect at least great customer service people that work there. So apparently corporate don’t care who they hire. Apparently, Customer Service is a thing of the past. I can see if I was being unruly about it but as for Matthew, I think he needs to be retrained on how to handle customer complaints.
