I'm from Chicago and am used to a lot of great pizza options for both traditional and deep dish. Since moving to the Tri Cities I've struggled to find a spot that rivals some of the giants from back home. This little food truck just blew my mind today with their Pickled Pig Pizza. Pizza was on the pricey side but I think it was worth it. They are definitely not stingy with their toppings. I ordered a 16 inch for my wife and I thinking it’d barely be enough for the two and we only ate half. Good flavors not too greasy so I’ll definitely be back.
