I tried ordering in the app but every time I tried to use a coupon it would say "unavailable ". So I went inside to place my order. I ordered a Large Chocolate Brownie Extreme Blizzard with extra Brownie chunks . There was a line so I waited for my order to be called out. Finally after a while an employee called out "Chocolate Brownie Extreme extra brownie chunks?!" And I went up there and she was handing me a size Small.. I had told her I ordered a Large and she just looked at me.. then another employee said "well make hera a large!". She made me a large and I walked out to my car.. only to realize that there was no Chocolate in my blizzard. It looked NOTHING like a CHOCOLATE brownie extreme blizzard. I always have issues with this location. I also took pictures to show. I hope I can get a response back from then to fix this issue.

Are you a teenager/young adult with zero work ethic, can't do basic math and are just generally all around apathetic? Have I got a job opportunity for you! This Dairy Queen location will most definitely hire you, no questions asked. I've been going to this location for several years now and can certainly entertain you with several tales of questionable work practices and generally "what the f***"ery but here are a few standout incidents: -I know employees are supposed to tip your blizzard upside down to prove to you how thick it is, but I'm not a person who is going to call you out if you don't because I really don't care honestly. This one day a young man made my blizzard, then while trying to flip it upside down (to prove it was good I guess) instead dropped it on the ground. "Oops, I'll make you a new one" he said. "No it's okay" I said. "Really? Alright " he replied, sincerely thinking I was serious. "Dude, no, make me a new one. Please." -A different time, a different young man was taking my order at the counter. In the middle of me saying my order to him, he walked away from the counter and goes up to another guy working there and said to him "hey that girl at the window is pretty, give her a free ice cream" then comes back and says "what was that? I didn't get your order". Didn't apologize or even acknowledge that he walked away while I was speaking. Did he think he was Zack Morris taking a time out and time would just stand still so he could ogle some girl in the drive thru? -Recently (today in fact) I was in the drive thru my total was $18.99 so I gave the young lady at the window $19 in cash. She took it, then looks at me and says "this isn't enough" like she didn't know how to count money. I said "it should be nineteen dollars". Then she actually counts it and sees there's 3 fives and 4 ones. "Oh you're right". Is it not customary to count cash now? Am I old fashioned for paying with cash? Then she gives me my two boxes, I ask if she could put them in a bag. Again she seems confused. She takes them back and goes to another coworker who hands her a bag and shrugs. Again, is it not a thing to put the food you ordered in one large bag? Just give it to you loose or in a few boxes? Generally, I'm very sympathetic to fast food employees. I've been there too. I know how horrible customers can treat you and how awful that job can be. One the flip side though, I'm just in awe of how the people (kids) who work her lack any common sense or general work skills. It seems like there's no manager (adult) supervision or else why would they act like this?

Our experience inside of been fine, however, the drive-thru is another story. After sitting in silence for quite awhile, I heard a rather rude and impatient male stating I could order when ready. Huh? I'm sorry, I can't see you in there waiting for my order, hence the reason EVERY other worker says "order when youre ready"

One of the worst experiences at this restaurant. Went through the drive thru wasn't given a receipt, my ice creams were thrown in a bag and they were melting inside the bag. The gentlemen that took my card handed it back and closed the window. No thank u no have a good day nothing. I had to sit at the window and stare at them to ask for a receipt and they said they would have to call a manager because she messed up on my order so it didn't print one. I didn't get napkins or spoons just an overall bad experience.

Very disappointing experience. LONG wait for food, while listening to a teenager behind the counter dropping audible F-bombs while making people's food. Upon looking around for a manager, I realized there appeared to be no employees over the age of 18 in the place. And, frankly, it showed. The place was a mess, both behind the counter and out on the floor. Most of the employees were busy mingling with each other, while attempting to fill orders, instead of focusing on getting the job done expeditiously. Finally, my order came up wrong and it wasn't prepared to go, as asked, which only added to the opportunity for the ice cream to melt before getting home. I'll NEVER visit this establishment again. Would've gave it 0 Stars, if allowed.

Is it just me or does it seem like the cost of a DQ Blizzard is way too much? Even the small ones cost a lot. I have to watch for "buy one get one" coupons in order to get a treat any more. The Kennewick DQ service was fine so I'm really just venting about the choices and the cost - which I'm sure the owners have no control over. But it seems like DQ used to have a lot more tasty Blizzard choices - like chocolate raspberry truffle and another one that was like an extreme brownie flavor. And when they get a "special" flavor it's usually no longer offered by the time I'm able to go there to try it. Just sayin' ... and they're too expensive!

Worst place ever managers and what I presume are shift leads are rude always talking about customer rite in front of them like we cant hear them. Food is always taking forever..chicken and fries are always old when I get them or they are cold. This Dairy Queen is the worst I'd rather drive to pasco to get my food.

I hadn't been to a DQ in a long time! I drove by, thought about all the Peanut Buster Parfait cravings I had when pregnant so long ago, so turned around and decided to treat myself! I explained my affection for the treat to the young gal at the cash register. I told her jokingly that I always ordered them with more peanuts than ice cream to be slightly healthier. When my number was called, she served a tall delicious looking cup of YUM with a big smile and told me to come back soon. I delved into it, giddy to find she'd made it the way I used to always order it - more peanuts than ice cream! I savored every fudgy, nutty, creamy bite! It brought back so many memories, I so much appreciated her listening to me and going an extra mile to make my order special. I can't wait to go back for another! Thanks Kennewick DQ staff!

If I could leave negative stars I would! I ate lunch at this DQ 9/4/18. A lady and man walk in and the lady is carrying a Chihuahua. They sat by me at first and then they found another table (thank God!). She's carried that dog all around the restaurant including the restroom AND through the order line. None of the workers said anything to her. I went and talked to the Manager on shift and asked if it was ok to have a dog in the restaurant. She said "we'll no, but I don't what to do. The owner says i can't ask if it's a service dog so I have to just go with it". I said "are you kidding me? I'll bet the health department would have a different view on that issue and that's my next stop after I leave here". She said "I'll call the owner and ask what I should do but he says I can't ask if it's a service dog". I said "she's packing that dog under her arm, that's no service dog" she said "I know". I told her if pets are allowed in this restaurant, I won't ever come back. She said "I'm sorry and I understand". This an incredible violation of all health department rules. People that take advantage of the service dog clause of acceptance should be ashamed of themselves. If you really can't part from your pet, use the drive-thru!

My son HAD to have a brownie sundae! While there, I purchased the side salad and the Kansas city BBQ. The sandwich was tasty, sauce good....but of you are going to get it to reheat, best to ask for slaw on the side...(or get it from Porters....there wasn't much of it). The side salad is...and has always been AMAZING! One can add as much, or as little, dressing as you want and it is delicious!

Terrible drive through experience, asked to pull around the corner for my food, never received it after 10 minutes of waiting watching car after car drive by. What's so difficult about 2 chicken sandwiches? This location lost my business.
