Is it just me or does it seem like the cost of a DQ Blizzard is way too much? Even the small ones cost a lot. I have to watch for "buy one get one" coupons in order to get a treat any more. The Kennewick DQ service was fine so I'm really just venting about the choices and the cost - which I'm sure the owners have no control over. But it seems like DQ used to have a lot more tasty Blizzard choices - like chocolate raspberry truffle and another one that was like an extreme brownie...read full review

I hadn't been to a DQ in a long time! I drove by, thought about all the Peanut Buster Parfait cravings I had when pregnant so long ago, so turned around and decided to treat myself! I explained my affection for the treat to the young gal at the cash register. I told her jokingly that I always ordered them with more peanuts than ice cream to be slightly healthier. I had a $6 combo meal - double cheeseburger, fries, drink and dessert. She had a different burger. Total was $10 plus tax. We upgraded the ice cream sundae to a small Blizzard for $1 more. Great food and table service once we ordered.
