BEST PHO IN THE TRI-CITIES!! I know others complain about the cash only aspect and there is a no sharing policy for dine-in. No problem for me because I do takeout every time! They also have a drive thru! Don’t be a baby, just take out some cash. I promise YOU it’s worth it!
