First, the food is awesome. Second, one girl working was rude, and the other girl was very helpful and patient. I wish I had names, but I was there on March 17th between 1:30 and 3:30For the price of food, the one girl should be a little nicer. After I paid for my food and I was putting my change away, she shoved the food tray towards me because she was in a hurry to check out the customer behind me. Rude.

Great barbeque and a fun place to hang out upstairs in the arcade with plenty of vintage video games. Great for group functions. We rented for an event, food served buffet style and got plenty of game tokens for our group.

Brisket and Sausage 10/10 Tasted Just Like Texas BBQ. The Banana Pudding is whipped with Banana Flavoring. The Molasses was 10/10. The pickles were brined and made there. Best brisket I’ve had in Tricities. Spicy BBQ sauce is just has a little baby kick.Kid-friendliness: Family Setting
Awful service. Couldn't get a cup for water after purchase four full meals and four other drinks. Claimed they were out of cups. Also, couldn't get a knife. Had to work through dinner with the a flimsy plastic fork. I guess meat-cicles for everyone. Won't be back!

Food had no real flavor. The BBQ sauce was really sweet. The pickles were not pickled, just a slight flavor cucumber. Food was on the colder side.The prices are really high for low quality taste. Was a bit disappointed.
Brisket was good, coleslaw was not. Sides' pricing is wonky, the same amount of mac and cheese is just as expensive as beans or coleslaw. Also the coleslaw was honestly trash, Winco deli coleslaw is many times better.See also: Mel N's review here is almost exactly my feelings as well.

First of all, we came completely unprepared and unaware of what this experience meant. We brought a lack of menu knowledge and two cranky children. The staff was absolutely amazing at answering all of our questions and providing a great rundown of how to "do it." Nachos: Amazing. (Not to mention how they packaged it to-go.) Baked potato: Amazing. Pulled pork sandwich meal: Amazing. Slaw (even more specifically the dressing) : Amazing. Great drinks and great mac n cheese. After the fit thrown by one of the cranky children ended with a cease fire, they proclaimed the sandwich was pretty good after all. That is high praise! The only thing I would do differently is order ahead so they didn't have to put up with us!
