Waitress was friendly tho quickly sidetracked but co workers. Never got water refilled. Place was pretty empty compared to all other Red Robin experiences I've had and kinda dull atmosphere compared to other Red Robin experiences.

On the Sunday evening we had dinner there things were very disorganized. We eventually got our food order but it came in pieces. It also took a while for us to get our table. Some of the food was cold.

I've had such hits and misses here, unfortunately. The food is always good, but the prices are definitely getting high for what it is. The service and vibes fluctuate - wish they would get into the swing of things!
