Myself and several neighbors and friends quit going to this location out of sheer spite , due to one employees constant piss poor attitude. Like someone driving up to the window to order something is a total inconvenience to them. Rest of the staff is rad just took one in particular to loose 6 days a week worth of business from myself and 5 other poeple . Why pay money for someones shit attitude ?

I've had WUC in Spokane, and it seemed favorable- but after this visit to WUC in Kennewick, I think I must have been mind-hacked in Spokane, because my coffee, my wife's coffee, and my daughter's choc chip cookie... all completely average at best. Coffee and cookies CAN be transcendent! And it doesn't even take that much effort to make "above average" coffee, and it takes even less effort to BUY cookies from a company that makes above average cookies. Perhaps the overlords of WUC simply have questionable taste? If I bring myself to try them again in Spokane, and it's actually good- I'll return to upgrade my review. For now, as disturbing as this is to say- Starbucks does it better. Now I feel dirty. Mahalo.
