Found out this place gives you the same amount of shots regardless of the size drink you order. CANNOT BELIEVE THIS. Not able to give my business to a place that can do this for profit. With coffee at a coffee shop. The last time I got a doe item it had hair stuck in it.

I've had WUC in Spokane, and it seemed favorable- but after this visit to WUC in Kennewick, I think I must have been mind-hacked in Spokane, because my coffee, my wife's coffee, and my daughter's choc chip cookie... all completely average at best. Coffee and cookies CAN be transcendent! And it doesn't even take that much effort to make "above average" coffee, and it takes even less effort to BUY cookies from a company that makes above average cookies. Perhaps the overlords of WUC simply have questionable taste? If I bring myself to try them again in Spokane, and it's actually good- I'll return to upgrade my review. For now, as disturbing as this is to say- Starbucks does it better. Now I feel dirty. Mahalo.

The Mad Hatter drink tasted incredibly strong, almost like drinking cough syrup. It was overpowering and not enjoyable at all. I believe that if the syrup was cut in half, it might be more drinkable for customers.
To salvage the drink, I had to add an additional 16oz of seltzer water to dilute the strong taste. It was disappointing to have to alter the drink so significantly just to make it somewhat palatable.
On a positive note, I appreciate having your business in our neighborhood. However, I would strongly suggest reconsidering the syrup ratio for the Mad Hatter drink, especially for customers who prefer a more balanced and enjoyable taste.
I believe it would greatly improve the overall experience for customers with discerning taste buds.
