Doesn’t have a good experience with them, because they charge money for an extra plastic spoon, which I never heard about it in my life, I paid for a bowl of ice cream for my 2 kids to share. They said can’t give out too much free stuffs ,one bowl one spoon and charge $0.25 for a plastic spoon. so just let you know if you buy a bowl ice cream from them, if you drop your spoon by accidentally, you might need to pay for an extra spoon. new location (at Hooked Seafood behind the mall) dairy free options available which is great because I'm lactose intolerant. I had the Galaxy builder which I think included oreos, fresh blackberries, Graham crackers and raspberry sauce all rolled up and topped with dairy free whip cream. So happy to have these options available in Kennewick
