“It's a Starbucks, so you're virtually guaranteed above average coffee and wonderful staff to help you get caffeinated. I suggest always supporting local, non-corporate coffee shops whenever possible, but beyond that, Starbucks will typically hit the spot.

Dietary restrictions: I always rock the oat milk- in all these years they've never failed me and my lactose intolerance.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly but certainly not unfriendly. I've literally been to a coffee shop in Seattle that was truly unfriendly to children.“

“I have a little bit of a complicated drink and it’s pretty hit and miss how it comes out. But today it was a 10/10! It absolutely hit the spot. The manager said a partner named Dalton made the drink. It was so good! Give this partner a raise!“

“I was not a customer here the other day, rather I was called to go fix a piece of equipment. However, I did have a cuppa while I was there and the staff were all helpful and kind. Especially the young lady who volunteered to stay late after closing so I could finish up that night instead of having to return the following day.This demonstrated to me that the employees at this particular location actually care about people. That attitude bleeds over into work, life, pretty much everything. I wish there were more people in retail/service industries like her. Kudos!“

“I came in on Jan 5th and the woman with the red hair was very friendly and she made me the best hot brown sugar dairy free drink. I can’t seem to go to any other Starbucks where it tastes as good as she made it. Make sure to give her a raise! ☺️?“

“Went in today 7/9 around 9:45 AM and the nicest lady was working! I had gone to Starbucks on 37th/395 and they messed up my drink, then didn’t help me when I asked for it to be fixed. I came to this location frustrated and the employee(I didn’t catch her name) helped me immediately, no questions asked! Made my drink perfectly and correctly! This made my day, I hope managers see this. I am going to start going out of my way to go to this Starbucks.“

“I’ve been a Starbucks regular for years, I grew up in Seattle and found myself in the mobile order drive thru line once or twice a day during high school and college. It’s almost always cookie cutter, predictable experience - not this location at the Columbia Center in Richland. I came in for a coffee, and the staff was incredibly friendly and engaging, we reminisced about old Starbucks items we missed & the store was very clean and nice looking. I wanna give a shoutout to Maisie, I was in for an hour and she is just incredible. She recommended a drink for me that absolutely knocked my socks off, she was constantly cleaning the bar and tidying up when no one was ordering, and she made a point to make sure everyone’s drinks were correct and made quickly. This location is on top of it, best Starbucks I’ve been to in years, very very impressed.“
