Not sure if it was accidental or intentional, but $5 gratuity was added to our drive thru order. My husband tapped his card and I looked over and saw the total was clearly off. We had another 4 hour drive ahead of us and didn’t have time to go back to figure it out. We had planned to tip, but the added total that we didn’t choose or agree to was frustrating.

Ordered a hot chocolate and to be honest It tasted like chocolate flavored hot water won't make this mistake again don't order a hot chocolate here that's for sure.
So bad customer service the girl that works thier was so bad she wiped her hands and my drink with the same tissue and my drink was done she didn't give it to me she left it and went to do another order
I used to go up there every day for years, and drink coffee with friends. I won't go anymore because all the songs were being played in Spanish, and I don't understand Spanish. Very sad that the English speaking customers are leaving..

I decided to give this location a second chance. Today assured me this has got to be the worst starbucks location in Tri-Cities. I was the only one in the drive through and after handing me my drink the girl at the window started shutting the window saying bye. I had also ordered food. After the food was given by another worker, I took a sip of my drink which was made wrong. She then grabbed my drink and said I guess I can remake this for you. She was visibly annoyed that I spoke up about how it wasn’t made without lemonade. She rolled her eyes, did not apologize, gave zero eye contact and packed my drink with so much ice. I’m disappointed Starbucks has employees like this representing them here at this location. It’s very sad the lack of customer service here. Will not be going here again and will make sure others are aware to go anywhere else but here.
My favorite Starbucks in all of Tri! Thanks for staying open late.

The staff here are generally nice and understandable on rare occasions some are not, clean and well kept. Enjoyed being able to sit and relax and eat my lunch there without interruptions or being ask questions.
