I decided to give this location a second chance. Today assured me this has got to be the worst starbucks location in Tri-Cities. I was the only one in the drive through and after handing me my drink the girl at the window started shutting the window saying bye. I had also ordered food. After the food was given by another worker, I took a sip of my drink which was made wrong. She then grabbed my drink and said I guess I can remake this for you. She was visibly annoyed that I spoke up about how it wasn’t made without lemonade. She rolled her eyes, did not apologize, gave zero eye contact and packed my drink with so much ice. I’m disappointed Starbucks has employees like this representing them here at this location. It’s very sad the lack of customer service here. Will not be going here again and will make sure others are aware to go anywhere else but here.

The staff here are generally nice and understandable on rare occasions some are not, clean and well kept. Enjoyed being able to sit and relax and eat my lunch there without interruptions or being ask questions.

Can someone please explain the purpose of mobile ordering? I thought it was to order ahead and your drink would be at the counter when you arrive. Am I wrong? Because when I arrived at 5:20am (time my drink would be ready) the guy making drinks continued to take orders at drive through. Two new cars drove up ordered and got their drinks. I got tired of waiting and left (had to get to work). Please refund the drink that is left at the counter. If you ever got around to making it.

Literally went through the drive through, ordered 4 drinks, two of which were the exact same drink with a couple of add-ons. The lady at the window had the audacity to tell me that next time I have an order like this I need to go inside!? First off, it’s a drive thru. Where in your store policy does it state that you can’t make certain orders in the drive-thru?? Especially when it wasn’t an outrageous drink to make. Whomever is in charge needs to retrain that employee on their customer service skills. If it is a true policy put a sign up! Second off, your job is to make drinks, so how about do the job that you’re paid to do?

What bad service I ordered a cappuccino and they gave me a quarter of the glass with contents and the entire glass was full of foam. I didn't ask the size, she gave me what she wanted, I won't return to this place 😡😡

im a door dasher i ask for my order twice and the girl kept me a while waiting when the dash was only $3 she took 15 mins to give me the order when it was supposed to be pick up and gave me a ugly look no good service very disappointed

I find sb coffee and everything else it sells to be over priced, The hot food to be hit a miss on quality. I have to order 4 shots just to taste the coffee. I try to avoid these places as they are a money pit. I dislike the drive thru at most locations as I have a truck and seem to always scrape my tires and rims. On a positive note very friendly staff, clean environment and the atmosphere is top shelf.
