What bad service I ordered a cappuccino and they gave me a quarter of the glass with contents and the entire glass was full of foam. I didn't ask the size, she gave me what she wanted, I won't return to this place 😡😡

im a door dasher i ask for my order twice and the girl kept me a while waiting when the dash was only $3 she took 15 mins to give me the order when it was supposed to be pick up and gave me a ugly look no good service very disappointed

I find sb coffee and everything else it sells to be over priced, The hot food to be hit a miss on quality. I have to order 4 shots just to taste the coffee. I try to avoid these places as they are a money pit. I dislike the drive thru at most locations as I have a truck and seem to always scrape my tires and rims. On a positive note very friendly staff, clean environment and the atmosphere is top shelf.

They say they close at nine but they lie I went to get a drink and guess what! They’re closed. They suck. And their bathroom smalls like someone is constantly blowing it up if yk what I mean.

Just left this drive-thru. ordered a iced matcha tea 20/24 oz Shoot don't orde this unless u specify 1/2 ice!!!! man this was to the brim of the cup with ice!!!! on my way out of town. so lousy!!!! not cool at all!!!!

I order a dragon fruit refresher that didn't tests like nothing I mean I usually get and is nice and fruity and pink this one verly pick almost no flavor very disappointing

coffee is starbucks coffee, which is mid, but the music here is too loud and weird, and the online ordering never works, at least they do not have flies like the court st store tho.

Taking my order was fine the girl was helpful but when I got to the window the guy had an unneeded attitude he could have helped more. He didn’t really specify what it really meant for the 4 for 20 deal today. The main Starbucks app says Any drink Any size as long as it’s not a bottled drink which I did not get in this visit. I feel they should train employees to have a better customer service.
