Stopped by while in the area for a Carmel Frappuccino and whoever was taking orders in the drive through wasn't very good at it. The Carmel Frappuccino was ok at best. Doesn't seem like the people working here care about customer service and quality.. I probably won't be back to this location again anytime soon..
I love this store! I love coming my after work to be greeted by the night crew. Fee and the other baristas are so fun and lively. They are always in there with a smile and give me a laugh, it’s a great way to end every night:) I recommend this store to everyone!
I had such a great experience at Starbucks today, thanks to Emma Faun! She was incredibly friendly and helpful when I was trying to decide between a couple of drinks. Her recommendation was spot on, and she made my drink perfectly. It's always a pleasure when you encounter someone who clearly enjoys their job and goes the extra mile for customers.
