This time I went to Subway I felt like the sandwich I always order tasted different. It lacked the flavor of the salami and it also lacked sauce, it was dry. I do not know what happened. ?

They closed an hour early with no warning or sign, someone was in there an still just let me sit at. The drive through. I've had issues with this location before but they've never been this bad.

Walked in the door, was not greeted, more like glared at(like we were inconveniencing the day) then yelled at to get out of the door as we were setting off the bell and didn’t realize.. the entire interaction was hostile while “Jess” made our food. She clearly doesn’t enjoy her job and was extremely rude, not a hi, bye or thank you. It took everything in me not to walk out and not give a dime to the place.

Don’t frequent this Subway often. Arrived at 10:30 to both entrance doors locked with a sign saying use the other door. The worker was rather rude in her response to the issue and by the time we got over to the “correct” side she had unlocked the door and put an open paper on the door. Maybe use accurate signs and unlock the doors?

I ordered a sandwich yesterday (Dec. 31st, 2023) online and paid for it completely. Yet, when I went to pick it up a little after six pm, I found the store closed and empty. Apparently the store closed at 6 for the holiday, which was fine, but there was absolutely no indication anywhere on Google or the website of an early closure. What's worse, my order confirmation said I was supposed to pick up my sandwich at 6:05 pm. Then, when I called today to get a refund for the sandwich I never got, the worker was rude, talked over me, and eventually just hung up. I tried calling back but was ignored multiple times. Still no response or refund.

Not the best service. The guy working isn't going the extra foot even. He told us they're out of the sauce we wanted because it was labeled differently. And by the time we found it ourselves and pointed it out to him it was too late. So he offered us free cookies. Which made me happy at first until I tried one and realized they were stale and needed to be thrown out

Garlic aioli roast beef sandwich is pretty good. Guy who made my sandwich didn't skimp on the sauce, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately the drink machine has mold somewhere in it's lines,my sister almost had an allergic reaction on our way home due to her drink. Please clean your machine.

New menu choices are a nice update. Prices are so high now!
Consistently busy during the day. Drive thru closed a lot during evening hours. Staff mostly friendly and helpful. Some what clean.

Ordered online, all three sandwiches were missing cheese. Tried to call but phone rang dozens of times before automatically disconnecting. This was at 5:15pm and the store was not busy in the slightest. I could understand missing one ingredient in one sandwich but missing it on all three was somebody taking shortcuts, either to speed through making the order or to avoid cutting more cheese. Will most likely never order online from this particular franchise location again. From now on will go in to keep them honest.
