Had the adobado Sope
2 Asada Tacos and 1 Adobado.
What can I say, this place makes the tortillas home made. the meat is ridiculously flavored and tender.
The Sope was crisp, and refreshing with the lettuce and creme fresh.
Highly recommend this place.
Such an amazing experience since walking up and asking “what’s your best seller?”
I was met with a warm welcome and a sample of the various meats/way it is cooked.
I have to say THEY WERE ALL GOOD AND BEYOND FLAVORFUL.
If you like spice try the pork taco and get a side of pineapple sauce along side.

The Quesa Birria is amazing! I get it every time I come to The Hub, without fail. I always ask for the four sauces - make sure you do too if you like spicy sauces! 5 stars, love it!
