I had 2 long island ice tea's not even so much as a buzz,and no I am not someone who drinks every day so that's not it, I am just letting people know that if you like to have a drink ( that has alcohol ) with your meal that is not the place to go
This is one of our favorite places to eat! but this time our server was Harmony, she was absolutely amazing, she was sweet and attentive, we felt very taken care of I never felt like I was waiting or looking for her because we needed something. she seemed genuinely happy to be there and that made the experience that much more enjoyable. Our steaks where cooked to perfection and can't forget the rolls they are always warm and fresh .
Love the food and service at Texas Roadhouse but the bottle neck at the front door needs to be address also the texting of customers also needs to be looked into.We were skipped yesterday because we didn’t get a text (phone in my hand) or didn’t hear our name called. Maybe some form of a loud speaker should be used. Everyone just can’t stand by the door waiting for a text or to hear your name called which people do thus the bottle neck.
