I had never been to the Human Beam before and stopped add I was passing through Kennewick. I wanted to get out and search so I walked up to the service window next to the table and chairs. I stood there for 5 minutes and no one came to serve me. I got back in my car and drove to the drive thru and was helped right away. I ordered a caramel latte iced. It was good, kind of weak tasting- next time I will ask for an extra shot or something. Overall it was a good experience. Overall...

I really love Human Bean Coffee. The people and customer service there are amazing—it honestly surprises me every time I go in. They are always so friendly, and even when it’s busy, they remember my order.
They’re always smiling and take the time to ask how my day is going and how I’ve been. Recently, my husband had a job interview, and they even wrote a note on his cup wishing him good luck—that meant so much to us.
