I tried to find something great or distinctive about this place but no. Blackened Mahi tacos were average, didn't get the flavour of blackening spices I expected. Fish was a little dry. Side Caesar Salad was not so good, original flavour because they use pecans on it though but not good for my taste. The atmosphere is not so distinctive of the name, just a paint with a tree of twigs. Service was very good, host and server. Sorry, this is just my humble opinion.

Just about everything at this place is amazing!!! The food is top notch! The service is fabulous!!! The atmosphere is good but it's really loud. The music is super loud so it makes it hard to hear people at your own table talking.

I called in to ask if my dog would be allowed in the outdoor patio section as we were travling to the tri cities from Seattle, and was told that was perfectly fine. After driving the 30 minutes to the restaurant, we were quickly told we would not be served with my dog. Confused where the miscommunication comes from, especially when other reviews say that they have brought their dogs in. 0/10

Steven is the bomb!!!! He was so much fun, knew exactly what drinks to surprise us with when we didn’t know what to choose. He was so friendly, great personality! He suggested food options. Definitely will be back!!! Haven’t experienced such amazing service in a long time in Tri-Cities. Whatever your doing with your employees your doing great, they love what they do and it shows. Prices were very reasonable, before tip it was about $43 per person. Food and drinks/shots ?

Very busy and noisy. Dinner was good. Service was excellent. My advice is make a reservation like we did. We were seated immediately while others were told it would be a long wait.

While Twig's is always a good choice, the meal last night did have a couple of issues. Both my husband and I ordered from the "special" menu. My husband had the steak oscar. It was good, but the steak had too much marbling and that affected the taste. I had the halibut. The veggies were good, but the halibut was a little "fishy."
