Wonderful staff. This is the first fast food restaurant where the person who served us understood “extra ketchup” and delivered. It made my daughter’s day to know that she would not finish the ketchup before the fries this time! It’s the little things. Thank you. ?

Went in during a slow lunch with a couple of friends . Ordered 2 salads, 2 burgers and 2 potatoes and chili to go. About 5 mins after ordering was notified no chili, than no potatoes. Poor planning by the manager. Then after getting home was not given the right salad. Mind you there was no problem with the cashier. Jade i believe. She was quite nice and polite. I really hope this place gets its act together. No reason to run out of customer favorites. Order a bit extra for those just in cases.

Drive thru is more like a parking lot. Ordered waited 10 minutes at window then ask to pull to side, chicken for salad not cooked? 7 more minutes. Salads were brought , but no burger. Yelled a girl you forgot the burger. She returned with burger.. no fries! Parked and went in. Was given fries. Ask for manager. He stood there listened, with his hands behind his back, then said oh! That was it, no sorry, no gee that socks, no yah that's the way we treat everyone ( judging from reviews). To top off the deal, the burger wasn't the one I ordered. This store needs an attitude adjustment from manager down!

Had a wonderful lunch with my daughter and mother there right before the rush. The gentleman that took my order was kind and answered all my questions. He even suggested that I upgrade my fries to large to share with my daughter ?

Cadent says he's the manager. Said no free coffee/senior coffee. Asked him to ask someone there and he repeated he's the manager. So, I went to Richland WA. & I was served very well and received my senior coffee. Just have to go to right Windy's location.
