This wendys USED to always have problems. Every time something was broken, employees seemed sketchy, service was slow, just felt bad. The last few weeks I've seen all of this turn around for the better. New management? Something changed at this wendys I think
my sister, niece and I went into the restaurant today around 1230 pm, on New Years Eve. The workers were short staffed, and super busy. while we waited for our food, I watched the staff work their butts off. some customers were rude and entitled (clearly they never worked fast food or retail!). The staff stayed kind and patient through the insanity, never slowing down in the 45 minutes I was there. IDK who the manager is, but those workers deserve a raise. The food was fine, I...
Tonight, the night before Christmas Eve, working hard when they probably have prepping and things to do and a lot on their minds, the two women working the drive thru windows were so sweet and had wonderful attitudes!
