This 7-Eleven has got to be the absolute best 7-Eleven in King county. The two ladies that work here, Dianna and Traci are such awesome, friendly ladies. I stopped by for a bite to eat and some sports drinks, went for my favorite: Buffalo Chicken Rollers and noticed there was only one left but I wanted three and they quickly asked me if I would like them to make me fresh ones. Most 7-Elevens will NOT care to ask you if you'd like them to make you more of the food items you want and if you ask them if they could make more, they'll give you the emphatic "NO!" or just simply ignore you. Not only the hospitality was fantastic, the store was clean as well! Thank you Dianna and Traci!

Dirty, trash everywhere, hand sanitizer empty, no way to wash windows, fuel rewards broken on the pump, no paper towels. Receipt dispenser was broken. I won't be back.

The young lady working here at 10:30a on 3/9/2022 was extremely rude and hateful to every customer that came through while I was getting my drink, including me. I’ve done my drink the exact same way for years all across the country, and yet this was the first time I ever had anyone reprimand and talk down to me about it. I just changed jobs and this is the only 7 Eleven on my route. I’d like to be able to stop here in the mornings, but I’m scared to take a chance that she’ll be there again. Really bad start to my first day.

I usually come here and receive exceptional customer service, but there is a rude woman with silver or grey hair that usually works in the morning who has a very nasty attitude.

I come this morning and woman Kylie look at me bad and pretend to not have food when I ask her to cook it. I felt she was prejudice and should not be working there! I recommend not coming during the day time if Kylie is there

Extremely frustrated, most stores I go into people are wearing mask or they are ask to wear a mask when they come in. 6 customers 2 of us wearing mask 4 not. Thought you were not to serve customer without masks. Ask the cashier, her answered, I don't know. Apparently 7/11 is not taking this seriously. I will take my business to stores that are being more responsible during the Corona virus.
