Altha's is a hidden gem! This tiny market not only offers a wide selection of authentic Cajun seasonings and spices but also has a deli in the back that serves the most delicious food to go. Hands down, the best red beans and rice I've ever had, and their boudin is incredible—just the right amount of heat, but so flavorful. The prices are great for the quality, and the owner is super nice and friendly, which makes the experience even better. I can't wait to go back and try their gumbo! Definitely worth a visit if you're craving real Southern flavors.

Hands down the best Cajun/creole food I’ve had in Washington. My family is Cajun from Louisiana and the only gumbo I’ve had as good as this was in my grandpa’s kitchen. I was so happy to find some real red beans, boudin, and crawfish tails without having to ship them from back home. I will be definitely be back! 10/10 !

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have been a loyal customer to Altha's for at least four years now. The selection is huge, the food is delicious and the people are friendly beyond words. I send as many people as I can to shop there, in an effort to support a local, black-owned SOUTHERN business. It's the only place in Washington that you can get Blue Bell. There's so many more good things to say but only so many words to say it. Love it here and will continue to be a loyal customer! ❤

The hot food is wonderful the ice cream we could not get for years he can . It's a good feeling when you can have a little bit of home brought to you.
